![]() As soon as it was 3pm he turned off the slide and walked off even though lots of other kids were still bouncing. ![]() Such a shame as my 8yr old daughter stated mummy why did the man not let me have a go but all the other children. Staff should be trained on how to monitor queues and timing for the slide as this situation could have been avoided. Reception didn’t even apologise.Ībsolutely disgusting customer service and clearly do not care about the children. Finally managed to persuade them to let my little girl have a go but by that point the damage had already been done. ![]() I completely understand the session closes at a certain time but he could see we had been waiting for 15 mins.Ī couple of parents waiting heard me explaining at reception and said yes that’s not fair. Very rude staff not experienced in working with children as anyone would understand the situation. The entire team refused to help or give names. I proceeded to reception to explain and was met by a very rude employee again a young chap who refused to give me his name. Lots of parents did say that’s wrong and she has been waiting a long time but he completely ignored her and walked off. ![]() My little girl broke her heart crying as she had waited patiently for 15 mins. A few older kids pushed in front of us then after 15 mins of waiting it was finally her turn being the last child in the queue, then suddenly the session ended the employee young teenage boy shut the slide off and walked away saying sorry end of session. The session finished at 3pm and at 2.45pm my little girl began to queue for the high slide. My Little girl age 8 attended a party at Flip Out Chandlers-ford today.
